We’ll discuss the basis of the gluten free diet and how to dot it safely, easily and healthily. Learn how to avoid cross-contamination and the foods with “hidden” gluten.
Many people, including those with celiac disease, find that they are unable to tolerate the proteins found in gluten-containing grains. Luckily, it’s never been so easy to be gluten-free! Whether you’re considering eliminating gluten from your diet or you’ve been gluten-free for years, you will learn how to more safely, easily, healthily and quickly live gluten free. We meet at at 6:30pm in the 2nd Floor of the Community Room at the Cherry Creek Whole Foods in Denver. We begin with question and answer on gluten free living, as well as a discussion of how to safely make the transition to being gluten free full time. From there we hit the shelves, for a tour that illuminates, aisle by aisle, the myriad of foods available at Whole Foods Market for those avoiding gluten.
